On October 8, 2011，Ministry of Commerce received applications of anti-dumping investigation from Dana officially (Nanjing) Chemical Co., Ltd. on behalf of the domestic industry for the ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol monobutyl originating from the U.S. and EU November 18, 2011,Ministry of Commerce decided to start the anti-dumping investigation on the ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol monobutyl originating imported from the U.S. and EU.
